Do you guys edit creatives?
Typically we don't but we do work with you and your creative team to make sure all creatives that are being used for ads are optimised for the ad format to maximise results.
How long do you typically need to market an event?
We usually recommend running campaigns for at least 6 weeks before your event/tour. This ensures that we have enough time to warm up your cold audiences so that when it comes down to crunch time we get those conversions.
Is my event too small for StubSurge services?
Absolutely not, while we take on events of all sizes and budget, we do have a minimum service fee that wouldn't make the most sense if you aren't spending more than $500 on an event. We would rather you put what you would spend on our services into marketing your event further.
What is the platform you mentioned?
Our customer portal that we use to communicate with all of our clients, it's really helpful having everything all in one place for our customers and our team. It's also included with no extra costs to you.
How do you deal with security issues?
Meta is notorious for hacks and we've dealt with security issues in the past but those lessons have been invaluable. We now have a collection of accounts and business managers to make sure that there is always an access point back into your meta account. On top of that we'll ensure that you're account is properly secured before proceeding with publishing any ads.
